About Gabriel Noriega

Gabe Noriega has been a dedicated leader in the Homeowners Association (HOA) and Property Owners Association (POA) management industry since 2007. He began his career as a Community Association Manager for a Tucson-based firm, where his leadership and vision quickly propelled him to Head of Marketing and then Marketing Director. In that role, Gabe was instrumental in helping the company achieve a milestone of managing 200 HOAs.

In 2011, he advanced to Director of Management Services at another local firm, where he played a pivotal role in developing the Assistant Manager and Compliance Departments. Throughout his career, Gabe has successfully managed up to 18 HOAs encompassing more than 2,145 homes with combined budgets exceeding $1 million.

Before entering the HOA management field, Gabe served as a General Manager for a local health club. A native Arizonan and resident of Tucson since 2003, Gabe is also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Gabe has contributed extensively to the industry through leadership and service. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and on the Technical Committee for the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association. He has also held positions with the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), including co-chair of the Tucson Outreach Committee and member of the ADHOC Public Relations Committee. Gabe’s commitment to excellence has been recognized through multiple awards, including AACM’s “Above and Beyond” and “Making a Difference,” as well as the Common Ground Award for the Revitalization of the Arroyo Vista Clean-up Project from the Metropolitan Pima Alliance.

An active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and AACM, Gabe regularly attends professional development classes and seminars. He holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

 

In late 2014, Gabe founded GNC Community Management, securing the first client in 2016. Today, GNC successfully manages over 30 communities across Southern Arizona. As a family-owned and operated firm, GNC is built on Gabe’s vision of providing hands-on, personalized management services that emphasize customer service excellence, professional growth, and strong community relationships.
