As Principal and Development Partner of Saguaro Property Development, LLC, Brian Peschel plays a vital role in realizing the Saguaro Ranch vision, merging strategic foresight, operational excellence, and a deep respect for the Sonoran Desert into every phase of development. Together with partner Scott Lundberg, Brian has shaped a community that seamlessly integrates the rugged desert landscape with thoughtful design and modern elegance.

Brian’s leadership centers on balancing beauty with functionality. His guidance ensures that each element of Saguaro Ranch, from lot planning and architectural standards to infrastructure and sustainability, upholds the development’s promise of enduring quality and harmony with the natural environment.

Brian is a Washington native. He earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Washington in 1983 and his law degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1986. Immediately after graduating from law school, Brian and his classmate, Scott Lundberg, founded Lundberg & Peschel, a personal injury law firm based in the Pioneer Square neighborhood in Seattle. They grew their practice and built a reputation for hard work, commitment, compassion, creativity, and collaboration.
